We have adopted a Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) Policy that sets forth our commitment to operating safely and responsibly, protecting the environment, and having a positive impact in the communities in which we live and work.

NextDecade is committed to environmental stewardship, which includes reducing emissions and mitigating impacts to wetland and wildlife. Rio Grande LNG is designed to meet or exceed all environmental and other regulatory requirements, which include strict standards governing impacts on air, land, water, and wildlife.
