NextDecade Corporation (“Company, “NextDecade,” “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting and respecting privacy and the protection of information that may be used to identify you directly or indirectly (“Personal Data”). This Statement explains our approach with respect to Personal Data we collect on our website https://www.next- decade.com/ (the “Site”).

2. What Personal Data Do We Collect?

When you interact with the Site or communicate with us, such as by submitting feedback or e-mailing us, or if you are a representative of our supplier, customer, business partner, potential customer, or a potential supplier, we may collect the following information that may, alone or in combination with other information, constitute Personal Data:

You have no obligation to provide the Personal Data described above, but if you don’t provide such Personal Data, we may not be able to respond or otherwise communicate with you. We may collect Personal Data, such as your name and contact information, when you sign up for news alerts or subscribe to our Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) filing and press release option.

(iii) When You Submit an Application for an Open Position
When you visit the “Careers” page on the Site, we may use a third-party vendor to collect the following identifiers and professional information that may, alone or in combination with other information, constitute Personal Data:

  • Name;
  • Contact information such as phone number and/or e-mail address;
  • The content of your resume/CV;
  • Publicly available professional social media (e.g. LinkedIn) profile information available through links submitted in connection with your application; and
  • Any other information you choose to submit with your application.

You have no obligation to provide the Personal Data described above, but if you don’t provide such Personal Data, we may not be able to process your application.

Software used on the Site may collect Internet or other electronic network activity information that may, alone or in combination with other information, constitute Personal Data:

The Site may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave the Site, we do not have any control over third party websites. Our processing time may vary, and in some cases, we may require up to 45 days to process your request. You may be permitted by law to authorize someone else to act as your agent to exercise some of your privacy rights on your behalf. In such cases, your authorized agent must provide documentation supporting his or her authority to make this request on your behalf. This Privacy Statement may change from time to time, effective from the date mentioned in the updated version of the Privacy Statement. You can tell when this Privacy Statement was last updated by reviewing the Last Updated legend at the top of this page. Please check the Site periodically to review such changes in the Privacy Statement.

15. DO NOT TRACK (‘DNT’) SETTINGS

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Because there currently isn’t an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we don’t respond to them at this time.
